Escape Room game

Welcome to our relaxing Escape Room game, where your mission is to uncover all the hidden creatures scattered throughout this charming house. Immerse yourself in a serene and delightful experience as you click to collect adorable creatures hidden in various rooms.

As you explore, you'll also get a glimpse into the lifestyle and personality of the protagonist through detailed descriptions of each object you encounter. Unravel the story, piece by piece, while enjoying a leisurely and enchanting adventure. Can you find all the creatures and unlock the door to freedom? Dive in and find out!

Visual script

*Raycasting manager



When you click an object, it will trigger the interactCreature event on the pickled object.

*Interactable

Basically, all objects in my scene have one state machine to react to my mouse clicking and one script machine to show description in UI.

When the player clicks the object, it will go to a different state based on tags.



“Creature” is the object when you click it, there will be a hidden creature showing up.



“Cat” is the creature, when the player click it, it will be collected and showed in the UI.



“Door” is the door which connects each room, and reset the score system.

*ScoreSystem



Every time the player hit a “Cat” object, the score will add 1, once the player hit the current goal. They can open the door to next scene, at the same time, current score will reset to 0.

*SceneSwitchSystem



There are three scenes in my game. You will start in the bedroom, the living room, then Kitchen. Every time I click the door, it will trigger this event. But only if you collect all creatures in the room, you can switch to another room.
