Psyche Wonderland 2.0 is an interactive dreamcore digital playground constructed from dreamlike structures and fragmented childhood memories of the millennial generation. Abandoned amusement rides, cheap plastic color blocks, and overexposed lights are extracted and suspended in a space that seems forever unable to fully load, like a continuously computing slice of the mind. Audience enter as “Psyche,” an anthropomorphized digital life-form; their walking, pauses, and subtle bodily sways leave disturbances within the scene, allowing memories once flattened by pixels and compression algorithms to rise and fall again.
This is not only a search for digital recollection, but also a reflection on what “digital heritage” means. In an age of hyper-accelerated information, when data is forgotten, do we also lose a part of ourselves? Can machines dream of abandoned amusement parks? And how, in the end, do we grant our memories a place to return to?
